TERMS: Issuance of a service plan is not a guarantee of service.  Stadium, at its sole discretion, may decline or refuse to make delivery or perform service on any particular occasion.  Stadium is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred by its refusal or inability to deliver product or provide service.  Stadium is not responsible for any damage or loss related to customer's failure to complete system updates or repairs deemed necessary by Stadium, and may decline coverage under service plan if Customer fails to complete repairs after notice thereof.  Benefits provided under service plan are conditioned upon Customer's account being current and in good standing.
